WHEELCHAIR
ACCESS
Wheelchair
and ramp access to County Hall is restricted as the building is
heritage-listed. Access to the gallery is available via the South
Bank near the main Dali Universe entrance (opposite the Dali flags)
and a staff member will be happy to guide you through County Hall
to reach the gallery. Visitors
with access needs should alert County Hall Gallery Box Office staff
on arrival or phone in advance on 020 7450 7621.
CONCESSION
TICKET PRICES
County
Hall Gallery offers concession ticket rates to disabled visitors,
and also offers free entry to carers accompanying a disabled visitor
to the gallery.

Hall Gallery has a courtesy wheelchair available for loan on arrival
at the gallery. To pre-book this wheelchair, please call 020 7450

steps lead down from the Fine Art Sales gallery to the Bookshop
- unfortunately there is no wheelchair access. However selected
items from the bookstore can be purchased from Box Office, or
by phone on 020 7450 7601. |

is provided throughout all gallery spaces in County Hall Gallery.
AUDIOGUIDE
HEARING LOOPS
Multilingual
audioguides for the Dali Universe are available for hire from the
Box Office at £2.50 each, offering audio tours in English,
French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian and Spanish. There is
also a children's quiz tour in English. The audioguide units can
be used in conjunction with a hearing loop for those with hearing
aids. Please note that hearing loops are not yet provided by County
Hall Gallery, but this page will be updated when the situation changes.
